Refund and Cancellation Policy

At EasyTechPrinter, we aim to provide the best on-site tech services to our customers. However, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds may be granted.
1. Booking Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Appointments are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More in Advance:
- You may cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance:
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
b. Business-Initiated Cancellations:
- If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the original time may incur a rescheduling fee of $30.
4. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- Your appointment was canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service.
b. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
c. Non-Refundable Fees:
- Payments for services that have already been rendered are non-refundable.
5. No-Show Policy
- If you fail to provide access to the service location or are unavailable at the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
6. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason for last-minute changes, please contact us at info@easytechprinter.com We may, at our discretion, waive certain fees or provide a partial refund.
